Recommendations for Sarah's Hips

When Sarah talked about her hip issues on the show, we got a flood of recommendations from the community about ways to help. We wanted to collect them in one place in case others are having similar problems. Of course, we also got tons of recommendations to talk to a chiropractor or physical therapist. None of these recommendations are in place of appropriate medical care and we don’t take responsibility for their impact (or lack thereof) on your own body. This is just a crowd-sourced list of suggestions.

  • Travel Feet insoles

  • Travel Fashion Girl blog

  • Lay on the floor, butt against a chair, legs on the seat (hips and knees at a 90* angle) for at least 20 minutes a day (something magical happens at 20 minutes, and those deep muscles and tendons FINALLY release). This won't give instant relief, but after a day or two, you'll notice reduced pain.
